We're preparing for our first storm of the winter coming tomorrow. We have been very lucky here in the Valley as we've had no snow to speak of so driving has been wonderful and safe. But you know Christmas would not be the same without a dusting of the fluffy white stuff ( at least not for me).I remember back in 1971 when the snow was piled so high we could slide off our garage roof and we built the most awesome snow forts you could imagine. We don't seem to get that anymore but I don't know if I beleive totally in global warming, I think in part that climates shift and we are heading that way.
