Well today is the day for my card give away.  Because I'm so excited about this new one I'm giving away a card and envelope of 'Sweet Face'.  Just tell me what your favourite bird is and why.  Leave a comment below before Sunday at midnight and I will draw a name Monday morning.  I will contact the winner for mailing instructions and let you all know who won.

Join my blog while you're here and my Face Book fan page if you're in the mood.

These cards are for sale at my Etsy Shoppe, just look to the left of this post and you will see the link or click here.

Pictured above is said card with green envelope.  Good luck.

  1. Sheila, would you be interested in joining a blogger group where we draw to a theme? I'd love to have some of your work on the blog! Think about it. I hope to see you there! http://littleartclub.blogspot.com

  2. Love that card. Looks perfect for framing. My favorite little bird is a yellow finch. My dog Basil and I would sit on the porch together and watch them on the thistles and listen to their beautiful songs. Basil is gone now, so when I see those tiny yellow birds, it brings back all those wonderful memories. Thanks for the opportunity to be a part of your giveaway.

  3. I think my favourite bird is the Barred Owl. We have some in our neighbourhood and it's always a treat when I spy one when I am on a run or just happen to be out in the yard when the owl goes flying through. Close second though would be seeing the first robin of spring.

  4. My favourite bird is the Chickadee. They hang about our "bird tree and will come very close to you when your filling the feeders. There are many others but their perky call and friendly nature make them first on my list. I would LOVE to win a card!! Your work is always wonderful!

  5. Pick a favourite??!! I think one who intrigued me the most was a Rough-legged Hawk who lost his way to normal breeding grounds one summer. He sounded so lonely all summer. He was here for just the one summer; he must have found his way the next year. I love the chickadees and blue jays though. They both let me know when the feeders need filling.
