NEW WORKSHOP -
PEN AND INK LEAVES - WATERCOLOUR PAPER AND INKTENSE PENCILS.
This is a slight variation on the regular pen and ink we have been doing but don't fret yet it's not as daunting as it looks.
We will spend the afternoon working on watercolour paper with Inktense pencils and our pen and ink.
I will show you how I create my leaf shapes and add patterns as well as get you playing with this vibrant colour.
I think we will start a journal/book for these pages. (included in price)

LET'S COLOUR - INKY IMAGINGINS LARGE BUTTERFLY PAGE
Do you love to colour? Me too! Is there a better way to spend an afternoon? I don't think so either.
We will be spending the afternoon at Dragonfly Dreamers studio colouring this large 12x12 butterfly page which is printed on mixed media paper.
I will have my Spectrum Noir oil pencils as well as a few Lyra pencils for you to try. I'll bring my Copic markers and if you have any you would like to try by all means bring them along.

We are going to work on something new...the butterfly page from my colouring book 'Inky Imaginings'
We will be learning how to fill up a blank page, this one with leaves and NEW patterns for the butterfly wings.
Bring your Inky Imaginings with you or if you don't have one yet, purchase one and start creating.

I create many Monograms for clients and have been asked if I would teach this in a workshop so here we go.
This a workshop where you will learn to shade with coloured pencils, it's not really a workshop to learn calligraphy.
I will show you how I create my Monograms and the technique I use for shading.

This workshop will introduce you to the simple art of doodling...it's as easy as that.
I will give you information on pens, ink, paper and technique for getting started with your journey to discovering pen and ink work.
We will be learning 12 basic patterns on practice sheets so, when you are comfortable, you can complete a 5x7 card I supply which is accompanied by a handmade envelope I made for you.

Materials you will receive: 5x7 Bristol card, matching handmade envelope, 1 2b pencil for shading, 1 .01mm Staedtler pigment pen, practice sheets, photo copy of patterns and information sheet.
